Canopy

  • Canopy (including braces,gutters and stall poles) are clean, free of rust, debris, and painting is acceptable?

General Interior

  • Ceiling tiles/grid are clean and in good condition? No rust on the grid

  • All ceiling lights work and are properly shielded? No cracked covers.

  • Walkin freezer/cooler lights are brightly lit and are shielded properly?

  • All the walls are clean and have holes filled?

  • The floor is clean and in good condition?

  • Window ledges are clean and free from unnecessary items?

  • Area behind ice machines, ice cream machines,and slush machines are clean?

  • Employees are making cash drops throughout shifts and not carrying more than $60 cash?

  • Observation window/peep hole in back door functions properly? No cracks in glass

  • Back door remains locked after 5 P.M.?

  • Employees are pulling vehicles close to front doors before close?
