SSF 029 Tower Scaffold Inspection Report

  • The Work at Height Regulations 2005 require that an inspection of a tower scaffold be carried out by a competent person and inspection be recorded and given to the person it was carried out for, these inspections must be carried out at certain timings as follows.

  • Manufacturer / Model / Reference No. (if known)

  • Platform Height (metres)

  • Type of tower

  • Safe working load of the tower (KG)

  • Safe working load of the platform (KG)

  • Castors / Baseplate

  • Base Horizontals

  • Diagonal Braces

  • Guardrails

  • Tower Vertical

  • Platforms

  • Toe Boards

  • Stabilisers

  • Outriggers

  • Plain Frames

  • Ladder Frames

  • Interlocking Clips

  • Indicating Tag on Tower

  • ONLY SIGN-OFF IF THE TOWER IS FIT FOR PURPOSE.
