  • THE FUTURE IS NOW !!

    Brand relaunch brings, fresh new look to restaurants.

    Our new look is ready, our new menus are ready and a new experience is ready for our guests.

    As you know, we've been well underway with our brand transformation for some time. You have already completed SubwayNOW! coaching sessions, with the emphasis on Guest First, Perfect Sandwiches, Beautiful Shops and Team Building. We've established our refreshed logo defined our Visual Identity System (VIS) and piloting the new Fresh Forward decor design in more and more locations every month.

    Not only are these initiatives designed to keep the Subway® experience for our guests, whether they visit online or in restaurant. The dynamic look of the new VIS will also energise the Subway® brand's competitive status in the QSR industry - ultimately increasing sales and profits.

    So now the time has come for you to do your part. The launch booklet outlines the brand transformation initiatives that are about to launch in your sandwich shop.

    From operational changes, new packaging, energising uniforms, and also our marketing - every touch point of the Subway® brand will be redefined, commencing July 3.

    It's time to show our guests that it's a new day at Subway® restaurants. Embracing the changes is in integral to the success of our brand re-launch, therefor we need you to do your part by following the instructions in the Brand Transformation Launch Booklet;
    1. Complete the Launch Checklist to ensure your team is ready on Day 1.
    2. We've included a helpful "Franchisee Action" section at the bottom of each 1-page restaurant update, so you know exactly what to do
    3. Hold a meeting with your staff before July 3 to ensure they're ready.

    We are excited to have you with us on this journey
