Check VCL -Not on all areas see Certa drawing SEI-CER-AN-R1-DR-X-0001.
Spectravap vapour control layer, loose layed. Overlap side and end laps by a minimum of 150mm and seal with Spectravap jointing tape.
At parapets and upstands the VCL must be carried to the upper edge of the thermal insulation and sealed to the upstand or penetration with Spectravap jointing tape.

Rockwool Hardrock Multifix-DD insulation laid in a staggered pattern, Mechanically fixed 7no fixings per board at both perimeter and field area.

Check Single Ply Membrane
Mechanically fixed Minimum 140mm on field area and 150mm on perimeter. Apply heat to install, Clean lap areas with cleaner.

To be layed while second permatec layer is still hot and tacky, ensure that the second coat of IKO Permatec overlaps on to the preceding row by approximately 100mm, enabling a minimum 75mm sealed lap to be formed. Good bleeds to be observed.

IKO Enertherm WCL (water control layer)
IKO Enertherm WCL must be laid with 300mm laps, overlapping in the downward direction of he designed flat roof slope. At upstands and penetrations, the membrane must be turned up to finish above the surface of the ballast layer; at drainage outlets, the membrane must be turned down.

Metal deck D46 to be fixed to purlins in every pan. Laps to be sealed with tape.

Ultra S-A AVCL
Bonding agent to be applied as Self adhesive VCL is laid, note agent must be covered withing 4 hours of application and temperature must be min 5 degrees and climbing. Release film and lay in correct alignment ensuring adequate bonding.
