By signing this release I hereby give Contract Aquatic my permission to use the Images/video in any Media form, for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion & marketing for any product or service. I agree that the Images/video may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified. I agree that I have no rights to the Images, and all rights to the Images belong to Contract Aquatic. I acknowledge and agree that I have no further right to additional Consideration or accounting, and that I will make no further claim for any reason to Contract Aquatics. I consent to the inclusion of this Release/consent form including the personal details recommended in it being added to the database owned or operated by Contract Aquatic Services. I give consent for the media release form to be shared with the relevant Shire if requested.
