  • Are there 3 extra pails of Class A foam located on the top of the apparatus?

  • Is the hydraulic fluid at an acceptable level? (Measured on the top of the apparatus)

  • Are there 2 wheel chocks present and operational?

  • If this is Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov did you lubricate them?

  • Did you operate all valves for smooth operation?

  • Do not charge hose lines with water

  • Did you operate all drains and make sure they are free of water and debris?

  • Did you operate all fire pump fill valves for smooth operation (At back of station)

  • Is the outside of the vehicle clean?

  • Did you wash it?
