Opening (9-10am)

  • Set up stanchions

  • Fill lemonade, make 3 for the night

  • Fill Ice Dream

Cleaning

  • Clean Walk-in, swab soda tower dispensers, clean drains, C02 Tank, AC vent (after close) and all walls (Monday)

  • Clean trash cans (Tuesday)

  • (Wednesday) Swab soda tower dispensers

  • (Thursday) Clean Walk-in

  • (Friday) Swab soda tower dispensers

  • (Saturday) C02 tank

Night Closing (Do not start prior to 6PM)

  • Begin stocking front counter (6pm-close)

  • Break down Lemonade machines on T, TR, Sat (6pm). Break diet down and fill with water on MWF (8pm)

  • Bag prep waste and put in bin for shared table

  • Bring one set of tea urns and dishes back (cherries, iced coffee, tea stands) *make sure plastic drip trays are placed under tea!

  • Sanitize soda nozzles (break down first tower @ 8:30pm)

  • Wipe other side of counter

  • Wipe chutes

  • Fill ice bins

  • Bring dishes back up front

  • Clean prep room

  • Insure lemonade buckets are clean

On the way out

  • Bleach prep room and front hand sink

  • Lock front door

  • Empty drain cover under prep sink
