Team Leader/ PIC Restaurant Visit

  • How is the overall cleanliness of the restaurant?<br><br>Check the following <br>- Parking lot <br>- Menu<br>- Restrooms <br>- Dinning room

  • Is the Total QTD number of guest feedback/alerts for PIC/TL acceptable?<br>Our goal is to have no more than 1 complaint per PIC in every 6 months

  • Is the team following all food safety standards?<br>Check the following <br><br>Observation only- If observed, no points for this section.<br>-No bare or gloved hands are used to touch raw hamburger patties<br>-Hand wash before starting a Shift or coming from break/ Hourly hand wash (Every hour) if not <br> completed in 15 minutes is a critical.<br><br>1. Check the FSC(check previous 5 days).<br>2. What would you do if the restaurant does not have hot water?<br>3. What would you do if the drain floor is overflowing or has standing water?<br>4. What is the corrective action when the hamburger patty does not meet the standard temperature of 155*?<br><br>

  • Is the team currently achieving SOS goal (consistency 50%)?<br>-Check current shift SOS

  • Is the team following the JIB cash polices?<br>-Single drawer accountability <br>-Cash drops at least every 2 hours

  • Is the team serving high quality food(DM will check PHC and UHC)<br>1. DM will take the temperature of staged French Fries at the fry bin. <br>-The temperature should be over 150*<br>2. DM will take temperature of the Jumbo patty in the Jumbo Jack should be at 125*<br>3. DM will take temperature of the hot coffee, must be over 155*<br>4. PHC and UHC approximately match build to chart.<br>5. DM will check that the Freestyle machine is free of alerts, clean and no expired flavors.

  • Is the team's appearance within JIB uniform guidelines?<br>Check the following <br>-Name tags : legible.<br>-Shirt: tucked in, neat,clean not faded.<br>-No facial hair below the lip/ no ungloved acrylic nails.
