I have taken in to account the risks to the young person taking in to account their age, inexperience, immaturity and lack of awareness of risks required in Regulation 19 of the Management of the Health and Safety Regulations.
I confirm that the young person will not be involved in any work which is beyond their physical or mental ability, involves excessive manual handling, exposes them to working at height, involves lone working, is at night during the restricted period, exposes them to radiation, including excessive sunlight, exposes them to harmful substances, exposes them to harmful vibrations, exposes them to harmful levels of noise.
