    Exits/ emergency doors, exterior roof surface, fire escape (pedestrian walkways), fire escape routes/ doors clear, lighting, frontage/ glazing/ windows, CCTV/ Remguard sensors, memo/ Ramis, general roof tiles/ coverings/ flashing/ felt/ lead, check door to recess ceiling , lifts motor rooms,electric sub station, weather report before going onto roof I.e. Conditions eg strong winds, check signage/fascias, folders I.e A.I's and S.I's etc, check ladders and have them footed by colleague, general surfaces, I.e. Holes, cracks and lumps, check cabling/trunking, roof edges, pebbles/stones, down pipes/ drains, restraint barriers, paving, weeds/ growths, ladders, pigeon netting, air conditioning/ heating units, water valleys/ drains, telephones cabins/ masts/ transmitters etc, emergency lighting/ lighting

    Items to clean:

    Sweep emergency exit, glazing clean/ frames, dusting, signage, dust stairs, weeding, debris, rubbish/ waste, brush away excess water in valleys/ divots.
