Closing checks to be completed by the shift leaders closing the club Monday - Sunday This check must be completed paying particular attention to fire safety. Email this checklist once completed to the Facilities Team, shift leaders, Ops team and GM

Men's and Ladies wet areas

  • Shower areas safe and ready to be cleaned

  • Sauna & Steam rooms turned off and in a safe condition ready to be cleaned

  • Check all areas are in a safe condition and raise any maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.

Men's and Ladies dry change areas including premier plus

  • Check all dry are safe and ready to be cleaned

  • Hair dryers and straighteners switched off and in safe condition

  • Clothes irons unplugged

  • Check all areas are in safe condition and raise any maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.

Pool area and sun deck area leading to changing rooms

  • Check that the pool dolphin is placed in the pool and operating as normal

  • Check pool area and changing facility is in a safe condition ready to be cleaned

  • Check the days pool tests have been completed and the pool is in a safe condition

  • Check all areas are in a safe condition and raise any maintenance issues to the Facilities Department.

Floor levels 0 - 1 - 2

  • Office ares in safe condition with no heaters or laminators left on (must be unplugged) - lock TPR/HK office

  • Floor walk levels 0 - 1 - 2 checking for good presentable condition and safety.

  • Collect department radios and record how many are present.

  • Radios present at Concierge.

  • Collect department keys and check all are present?

  • Check all valuable safes in both Male & Female changing rooms.

Sign as completed and email a copy to David, Jen, Amelia, Kerrie, Facilities, Matt
