Perform a visual inspection of the entire unit, look for sign of wear, wear loose hardware, and missing or damage components.

Check for fuel or oil leaks to ensure connections are tight and hoses and tubes are in good condition

Check fuel supply, radiator coolant level, crankcase oil and hydraulic oil. All fluids must be at the full mark with engine cold.

Make sure all mowers are adjusted to the same cutting height.

Check tire pressure for proper inflation (follow manufacturers recommended guidelines that are found on the sidewall of the tire)

  • Name of person performing inspection.

  • Enter time and date

  • Enter location of inspection.
  • Add comments for items needing repair. Send email to supervisor and fleet manager
