Tire Repair/Replacement - To ensure critical safety procedures while airing, removing, or replacing tires are adhered to

  • Mechanic completely deflate the tire (or both tires of a dual assembly) prior to removal from unit

  • Mechanic ensure that stored energy was released from lug nuts and clamps before complete removal of these components<br>

  • When inflating tires to protect against release of energy, airing assemblies utilized to ensure body positioning is outside the trajectory path

  • Where applicable, a restraining device used if tires were being inflated off of chassis / trailer<br>
