Check equipment status, make general inspection for signs of damage or defect, inspect for loose fittings, access covers, joints or loose connections.

Check condition of drive belts, renew if belts appear warn.

Check tension of drive belts, adjust as necessary (slight bow to be apparent on slack side of belt when in operation)

Check alignment of drive belts, adjust as necessary

Clean heating/cooling coils

Check all guards for secure mounting & positioning

Lightly lubricate components as necessary (including bearings where not 'sealed for life' items)
