Does this audit include all controls from the most recent hazard and risk register?

Are all wharf hoses tested (and tagged) every6 months ?

Are tanks dipped prior to discharge and verification of volume to be received completed?is there an inspection of the hoses and camlocks prior to each discharge?

Is the maximum operating pressure set at 7 bar?

Are hoses and camlocks inspected prior to use?

Prior to and during discharge are scuppers and drains blocked ?

Are hoses placed on trolled to prevent damage and make movement simple?

Is ship to shore communication in place and does it confirm product being discharged?

Are wharf staff competent ?

Are staff wearing appropriate PPE? Neck to toe flame resistant overalls chemical resistant gloves and safety glassy

Is there a spill plan in place ?

Are spill kits available at the wharf?
