Line Leader

Before

  • Request FSQTteam to SWAB equipment not in use 2h before change over

  • Kitchen and FSQT team is informed before change over

  • Ensure change over crew is available, if not escalate to production supervisor

  • Responsibilities are communicated and clear

  • Check the set-up and WI for next product and make sure we collect clean tables/scoops/scales

During

  • Ensure waste is signed-off correctly

  • Update printer and check-weigher

  • Lead cleaning tasks following presented best practice + assist where needed

  • Test weight of equipment (doser/MF) and adjust

  • Communicate quickly if something does not go to plan and escalate to maintenance if required

After

  • Check weight equipment doses and adjust if necessary

Line assistant

Before

  • Connect pipe from Keyplate to buffertank if required (HC)

  • Collect all accessible waste

  • Make sure film and tray for next product are ready

  • Disconnect bin lifter if used

  • Disconnect buffer tank if used

  • Make sure squigees are in place

During

  • Return material or assign person to return

  • Empty dosers, move equipment and clean on the line if re-used – teamwork with<br>equipment wash

  • Clean line following best practice approach

  • Apply sanitiser

  • Assist set-up: adjust side rails, assist with denester

  • Hook-up buffertank SF

Set-up operator

Before

  • Make sure equipment for next product is nearby, denester cassette is collected

  • Be ready to start when line is finishing

During

  • Set-up sealer

  • Connect Koppen/MF + level + set-up

  • Adjust denester

  • Set-up doser + sensors

  • Adjust sealer

  • Escalate to maintenance if an issue raises

After

  • Make sure line is running smooth

Equipment Wash

Before

  • Make sure chemical trolly is refilled and ready on the line

  • Sanitiser bin, all brushes and squeegees are ready on line before change over starts

  • Has knowledge of which equipment to clean during change over

During

  • Empty dosers - line assistant to help if required

  • Disconnect and move dirty equipment

  • Rinse doser with chemical

  • Clean multifiller – line assistant to help if required

  • Move new dosers in place and connect after being SWABed

  • Load ingredients after SWAB

After

  • Clean equipment in washroom

Cleaning Operator (2)

During

  • Make sure all waste is collected in bin – make sure one person allocated to weigh and dispose

  • Hose line

  • Scrub line with brushes after chemical

  • Clean tables and scales required for next product

  • Set tables ready

  • Load denester

  • After positive SWAB – load ingredients
