Is department manager taking inventory prior to ordering product?{10 pts}

Is all shrink being scanned and logged ?{10 pts}

Is the buyer been aware of any products that are not moving or in bad condition ? {10 pts}

Cooler & freezer schematic properly rotated & boxes labeled with dates and facing out with description ? { 10 Pts}
