  • Foundation is free from cracks and honey-comb. Exterior stone and masonry is clean, level, weep holes present, no mortar on surrounding surfaces.

  • Vehicle barricade for water heater (4' steel pipe with concrete fill) has been installed, if applicable.

Exterior - Siding & Roofing

  • Shingles- proper overhang, not wavy, raised, or damaged.

  • Roof clean of dirt, footprints, or debris; Kick-out flashing is present at required locations.
