Are all workers at the tree planting site wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets and gloves?

Are operators of onsite vehicles licenced or inducted ?

Are there any site specific safety hazards identified ?

Is a mobile phone available

Are Underground service plans ordered and available to staff on site

Is appropriate pedestrian and traffic management in place

Are pedistrian walkways clear of debris and obstructions

Are signs and safety cones in good condition (ie reflective tape or class 1 reflective)

Does all machinery onsite have installed flashing beacons or similar

Are vehicles onsite presentable and free from damage

Has the vehicle log book/daily checklist been completed

Is the truck carrying any fuels or chemicals

Are the containers stored safely and appropriately?

Are the containers labelled

is pottable water available onsite

Do staff on site have accsess to bathroom facilities or the nearest location identified?

Is the operator of the vehicle familar with the GVM and GCM of the vehicle ?

Is the appropriate equipment onsite for the task?

Are tools in good working order ?

Tools stored out of accsess of public

Is any electrical equipment in use ?

Is the equipment tagged and in date

Are SWMS and SOP's available onsite

Are all staff familiar with the SWMS and SOP's and signed on

Is all stock for planting onsite as per the Workorder i.e no species substitutions that have not been approved

What has been substituted ?

Do the trees appear to be free of pest and diesease

Do all trees appear to have appropriate caliper and height in relation to pot size ?

Are all stakes on site painted to indicate year of planting?

Are waterwells in use onsite ?

Is sufficent mulch available onsite ?

Is a water tank available onsite for watering in of trees ?

Are any fertilisers or soil conditioners in use for watering in ?

Is the product application rate known ?

Is the site clean and presentable

Have tags been removed from trees

Are the trees planted to the correct depth

Has the planting plan provided been followed

Were alterations from the plan disscussed with CoC

Is sufficent clearance from properties acheieved

Is sufficent clearances from paths and walkways acheived

Is sufficient clearance from known assets and infrastructure achieved ?
