  • This notice is to advise that the electrical installation recently installed by you and inspected at the premises stated as "Site Address" on the date stated above does not comply with the Occupational Licensing (Electrical Work) Regulations 2008 requirements for the following reasons:

    After 21 days the installation will be re-inspected by a Techsafe inspector to ensure remedial action has been carried out.

    A fee of $43.80 must be paid in respect of the first notice of defective electrical work found under the Occupational Licencing (Electrical Work) regulations 2008.
