Bar

Employee Appearance

  • Front Team Member (TM) is dressed in UC branded shirt, black jeans/trousers, black shoes and UC Cap (if applicable)

  • All kitchen employees wearing clean uniforms and hair is properly restrained by Hair net or Hat

  • No nail polish and/or jewelry, including watches, worn by food handlers. No fingernails over 1/4 inch length . Bandages must be blue colored and covered. No jewels or stones allowed .

  • Employee personal items (mobile phones) , including food and and drinks are properly stored.

Milkshakes

  • Staff member understands all the milkshakes in the menu and is able to quote all the ingredients and quantities in each one

  • Staff member is able to make milkshake within 2 mins with minimal wastage

  • Staff is able to identify the differences between Take-Away and Drink-In milkshakes

  • Staff member understands all the Freakshakes in the menu and is able to quote all the ingredients and quantities in each one

  • Staff member is able to make all Freakshakes within 3 minutes and with minimal wastage

  • Staff is able to identify the differences between Take-Away and Drink-In milkshakes

  • Staff member understands all the Mojitos in the menu and is able to quote all the ingredients and quantities in each one

  • Staff member is able to make all Mojitos within 2 minutes and with minimal wastage

  • Staff is able to identify the differences between Take-Away and Drink-In mojitos.

  • Staff member understands all the Sundaes in the menu and is able to quote all the ingredients and quantities in each one

  • Staff member is able to make all Sundae's within 3 minutes and with minimal wastage

  • Staff is able to identify the differences between Take-Away and Drink-In Sundae's

  • Front TM offers the advantage of signing up to the loyalty to the customer
