I certify that this audit has a score of 100% and all appropriate Safe Work Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, and other required documentation has been referred to, and appropriate risk control measures implemented or work is to cease immediately. Appropriate Safe Work Procedures have been referred to and work will be performed in accordance with these procedures, and suitable PPE will be worn according to appropriate SWMS and SWP documentation. I certify that any additional identified site specific hazards have control measures implemented as per risk assessment.
