This audit is designed to provide a method to review risks in the workplace and support the University in maintaining a safe work environment. If you have any difficulties using this form, please contact Infrastructure and Facility Services.

Step 1: Advise the Faculty/School about the inspection so that they may inform staff in their area of the upcoming inspection.

Step 3: Save a copy of the Audit and forward a copy to your safety committee representative, manager or relevant Health and Safety team member.
