Incident, near miss & verbal altercations

  • In case of emergency - call 000, stay calm and describe the situation clearly to emergency operator. If its a minor incident, near miss or verbal altercation please contact USI staff - Matthew Lombardi, Steve Balbi or Alex Balinha.

  • Are all installers aware of emergency procedures for this site?

  • Hold site until all workers are aware of emergency procedures

  • Understood to notify USI contact: Matthew 0406 535 323 or Alex Balinha 0421 677 147 if any issues occur at the depot immediately

  • All incidents, near miss or verbal altercations will be notified to USI

Site PPE

  • Are all tools in good condition and been accounted for?

  • Wearing High Visibility vest or shirt

  • Wearing Steel capped boots or work shoes

  • Have access to a face mask whilst working at the depot site
