Check List

  • When "At Risk" is selected option to add comments and photo is enabled

  • Check Windscreen integrity (cracks/chips)

  • Check Windshield Wipers / Washers (front and rear)

  • Visual Inspection for Exterior Damage <br>(Recommend taking pic of any vehicle damage and report to Transport Manager)

  • All doors fully operational including side loading doors?

  • Leaks under the vehicle

  • Check inside the engine compartment for any leaks and loose items

  • Check Tires for Wear and Pressure, inc. spare (Do pressures look obviously low?)

  • Check Headlights / Turn Signal Lights / Hazard Lights / Tail Lights / Reverse Lights

  • Check Mirrors for Damage and Adjustments

Vehicle Interior

  • Vehicle cab clean and in good condition? (Rips, Tears on seats or floor? Damage to dashboard?)

  • Does rear of vehicle have suitable storage and securing provisions fitted?

  • Is rear of vehicle being kept tidy and all stores and tooling easily accessible?

  • Is there any excessive damage to the rear interior? (sides, bulkhead, Rear doors)

  • Check First Aid Kit

  • Check Fire Extinguisher

  • Check Spill Kit (if supplied)

  • Check Warning Signs, Jack and Wheel spanner

  • Check LED Emergency Torch (If supplied)

Tooling and Equipment

  • All required tooling available on vehicle?

  • All required equipment available on vehicle? (including signs & barriers)

  • GDU available charged up and calibrated?

  • Do operatives know how to operate GDU?

  • Cat & Genny available and in good working order? (if required)

  • Ladders in good condition and inspection tagged? (no damage to sides and rungs)

  • Insulated Hand tools free from damage to all insulation?

  • Fibre splicing machine free from damage and within calibration and test date?

  • Fibre testing equipment in good working order and within test/calibration date?
