Final Walkthrough Inspection

• All prepping, caulking completed to correct Prep Level

• Color placement matches Color Selection Form

• All surfaces have good coverage (no Holidays)

• Clean, straight cut lines

• Clean areas - no drips on ground, roofs, bushes, etc.

• All paint cans labeled surface and/or area

• Dirt that was trenched down 4" returned and painted dirt "turned over"

• Windows painted properly, no paint splatter, drips or lap lines

• Shop area cleaned, sink and toilet that were used cleaned

• Drops shaken into trash, not street or yard

• All hardware, etc. reinstalled

• All paint chips cleaned out of soil and bushes, dirt and bark areas raked

• All outdoor furniture, potted plants, etc. cleaned and returned to proper place

• All touch ups completed

• All masking removed, especially high areas

• All windows that were painted are functioning

• Path from house to van is clean, no paint chips, bits of tape or paper, etc.

• Double check that no razor blades were left lying around

• All tools, ladders, equipment, etc. returned to vans

• Street around van cleaned, all trash picked up even if it is not ours

• Entire crew walked job one last time to double check all of above

• Collect any outstanding payments
