  • As the key holder signing acceptance I understand the requirements to comply with the CCA Vending Key Security and conditions of access to CCA Vending Equipment and the CCA Vending Key Management Policy. In addition, I will ensure that keys issued are kept secure and safe at all times. Any loss of the listed issued keys will be reported immediately to either the customer service manager or equipment services manager.

Key Register Database Updates

  • The Key custodian is responsible for tracking temporary key returns, if a key is not returned by the required date it must be escalated to the relevant state manager/s

  • Key custodian has entered a calendar entry or reminder in outlook to follow up temporary key return on the due date

  • The key custodian is responsible for ensuring that the state key register is updated with details to show keys movements between regional key holders and full details of keys issued

Temporary Key Return Completed

  • The key custodian is responsible for ensuring that temporary keys transferred are returned by the due date. If the keys are not returned by the due date the matter needs to be escalated to the relevant state manager/s. If the temporary key is still not returned within 2 working days the matter should be referred to CCA security and fraud
