ASSEMBLY

  • Use SRA air when fitting covers

  • USA fronts are marked USA, Side makers are marked.

  • Connect PDC harness from right to left and connected fully

  • Mark PDC & Harness once checked for proper fit

  • Special pliers are used to fit plastic rivets

  • Bend fog lamp grille clips on inside

  • SRA wire harness fitted in correct direction

  • Rear PDC Centralised to specification

  • Rear PDC flush to specification

  • Protection covers are fitted to all bumpers

  • Rear trim strip is fitted in punch machine

  • Rear glueing is allowed five seconds to cure. Timing lights are working.

  • Front guid rail bracket left hand and right hand fitted securely

  • Front bumper blind check system is being used properly

  • Rear bumper blind check system is being used properly
