Have fire extinguishers been checked at least monthly?

Are fire and smoke doors free from obstruction?

Are all exit signs illuminated?

Are corridors and stairwells unobstructed?

Are compressed gas cylinders stored properly?

Is there adequate clearance to sprinklers/ceilings?

Are electrical panels visible and unobstructed?

Utility Systems

Are all electrical receptacles and switches in good repair?

Employee Knowledge

Explain the immediate response to a fire. (RACE)

Demonstrate where to find SDS's. (online,MSDS online)
