  • When you arrive, please make sure you have a damp cloth to wipe down any surfaces in the rooms as it can get quite dusty. Also a pen and paper to note supplies required.

KITCHEN

  • Check flowers on dining table, top up water if OK. If you need to buy new flowers divide the bunch between villas and cut some greenery from the garden or on the nature strip

  • Check fridge clean, throw out any unused products, wash jam jars in Villa 1 dishwasher

  • Check ice trays

  • Set up cheese platter in fridge (cheese, biscuits and quince paste) & wine with note for guests, set up as per photos

  • Set up breakfast: bread and muesli on breadboard on kitchen bench, milk, yoghurt, butter (with glad wrap) and preserves all in fridge, set up as per photos

  • X 1 bottled water in fridge

  • Fill coffee machine with water & check all clean including the milk frother clean and pods have been emptied out. Wipe any finger prints

  • Top up Nespresso pods on bench in bowl x 6, set up as per photo

  • Kettle filled with fresh water

  • Top up teabags if required x 4 of each

  • Check dishrack and if necessary, replenish spray ‘n’ wipe, dishwashing powder, detergent, paper towel, rubbish bags, paper towel

  • Check aeroguard, insect spray and citronella candles

  • New sponge, scourer and scrub brush in cupboard under sink, set up as per photo

  • Bench clean and fresh tea towels rolled and on bench x 2, as per photo

  • Check chopping boards neatly stacked

  • Check dishwasher empty

  • Check dishwasher filter clean – if odour run a cycle with dishwasher cleaner in pantry

  • Check microwave clean

  • Check all kitchen drawers are neat and tidy, as per photos

  • Glassware neatly lined up, as per photo

  • Plates evenly stacked and tidy, as per photo

  • Check pantry, sandwich press clean and top up napkins if required, as per photo

  • Instruction sheets in microwave and next to coffee machine

  • Check bin empty and new liner

LIVING & DINING

  • Outdoor blankets folded in basket – wash if required. Take 5 mins to dry. Use 20 min wash cycle.

  • Fluff cushions and check in between for debris, as per photos

  • Check throws are neat

  • SmartTV – logout of any apps ie Netflix, Apple, Spotify, Foxtel

  • Remotes in box on coffee table

  • Welcome folder on the coffee table

  • Coffee table books/ornaments neatly on shelves

  • Dining chairs in place, make sure table and chairs are clean (dust chairs)

  • Open curtains

  • AC on if hot weather

  • V3/V4 - check firewood, pinecones and firestarters

BATHROOM

  • Fresh toilet paper in each bathroom and spares x 2 in basket

  • Wipe down hand soap, hand lotion and room spray bottle, facing in same direction, top up if required

  • Check bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner on shelf, wiped down and facing in same direction, top up if required

  • Check bath tub

  • No marks on shower glass or mirror

  • Top up supplies of amenities if required (sewing kit x 1, sanitary bags x 2 on bin in toilet, x 2 in bag, shower cap x 1, vanity kit x 1) and Epsom salts with sticker

  • Hand towel rolled on sink, x 2 face washers rolled on sink, as per photo

  • Olive or rosemary sprigs in vase on sink

  • Bath mat over bath or folded on floor in front of shower

BEDROOM

  • Bed tidy and set up as per booking request. 4 pillows, 2 euro pillows (euros in middle). Make sure valance and sheets are neat and doona tucked in around bed.

  • Make sure fresh bath towels x 2 rolled and on bed, as per photos

  • Check bedside lamps

  • Olive/rosemary leaves in vase next to one side of the bed

  • Remote controls on bedside table

  • New Gratitude Journal on bedside table if it has been taken or used

  • Coat hangers to be pushed to one corner of robe

  • Clean pool towels left in wardrobe

  • Bathrobes hanging in wardrobe, slippers underneath, as per photo

  • Open curtains

  • Use room spray

OUTDOORS

  • Check gas tank – take photo and text to Gina

  • Check water tanks

  • Check BBQ clean & gas bottle ok, check BBQ wipes and BBQ spray

  • Check outdoor setting clean and in place, as per photo, pots on table, as per photo

  • Check pools for any debris, pool scoop in shed. Top up water if needed (needs to be 3/4 over the filter)

  • Wipe out outdoor baths

  • Sweep deck if needed

GENERAL

  • Sweep porch/entry way

  • Switch on strip light in kitchen and bathroom, main lamp (if there is one) fan on low, music on tv

  • Rubbish bins out or brought in and recycling TUESDAY NIGHT

  • Check all walls and doors for marks and make note

  • Please make a note of any other discrepancies/damage. Take photos and send to booking manager.

BREAKFAST

  • Products – bread from Millers rest from IGA Dromana. Bread on chopping board with bread knife and muesli, bottle of water, wine and milk in fridge door, jams, yoghurt, butter and cheeseboard set up on shelves in fridge
