LIGHTS - Operative shielded & clean. No cracks, adequate light intensity.

SIGNAGE - Clean & legible, GMP & OHS signage in place.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - In place clean and easily accessed.

PERSONAL PRACTICES - Clean & correct uniforms. No jewellery, adequate hair coverage, no smoking.

PEST CONTROL - Bait stations clean & correctly positioned. All traps operational. No evidence of infestation.

EQUIPMENT- Tape etc stored on it, no mouldy product or evidence of infestation. No leaks, buckets free of infestations.

TOOLS & LOCKERS - Tools kept in dedicated area. Lockers off the floor. 45 degree angles on top.

OVERHEAD PIPEWORK - clean, free of product residue, no mould, no tape, no infestation.

PRODUCT TRACEABILITY- all product batch numbered. Batch numbers recorded for all deliveries of product. All product clearly indentified.

STOCK CONTROL - All product segregated for first in first out storage. No old stock despatched before new stock. Returned stock clearly identified and segregated.

MICELLANEOUS - No glass, ceramic, wood in plant, oil containers labelled & stored in designated area. Waste bins closed & no overflowing waste
