Set in Order (Seiton): Is the receiving and shipping area kept clean, with no debris, packaging waste, or spills on floors, shelves, or countertops?

Shine (Seiso): Is the warehouse regularly cleaned, with attention to floors, shelves, and equipment to prevent dirt, debris, or potential safety hazards from accumulating?

Standardize (Seiketsu): Are standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and visual aids in place to ensure consistent processes for receiving, inspecting, and shipping packages, as well as for maintaining cleanliness?

Sustain (Shitsuke): Are all team members consistently adhering to 5S principles, and are there regular checks or audits to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement?

Safety (Safety +2): Are there any safety hazards in the receiving or shipping areas, such as blocked aisles, unbalanced packages, or improperly stored heavy items, that could cause accidents?

Environmental (Safety +2): Are environmentally responsible practices followed, such as recycling packaging materials, reducing waste, and using energy-efficient equipment in the receiving and shipping areas?
