Standardize (Seiketsu): Are standardized procedures, labeling systems, and cleaning schedules established and followed to maintain organization and cleanliness in the maintenance department?

Sustain (Shitsuke): Are maintenance staff consistently adhering to 5S principles, and is there a system in place to regularly evaluate and reinforce these practices?

Safety (Safety +2): Are there any safety hazards in the maintenance area, such as improperly stored chemicals, exposed electrical components, or unguarded machinery, that need immediate attention?

Environmental (Safety +2): Is the maintenance department practicing environmentally responsible methods, such as proper disposal of waste materials, recycling, and energy-efficient use of equipment?
