  • Sort (Seiri): Are unnecessary tools, parts, or materials removed from the loom area to prevent clutter and ensure only essential items are available?

  • Set in Order (Seiton): Are tools, spare parts, and materials organized in a systematic way, with clear labeling and designated storage locations for easy access during production?

  • Shine (Seiso): Is the loom area regularly cleaned, with no accumulated dust, lint, or waste around the machines and work surfaces that could affect the equipment or safety?

  • Standardize (Seiketsu): Are there standardized procedures and schedules in place for maintaining the cleanliness of the area, performing routine checks on looms, and handling materials?

  • Sustain (Shitsuke): Are 5S principles consistently followed by all employees in the loom area, and are there regular checks to ensure the practices are being sustained over time?
