Standardize (Seiketsu): Are there clear and documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness, organization, and handling of materials in the quality lab?

Sustain (Shitsuke): Are the 5S practices being consistently followed by all team members in the lab, and is there a system in place for regular checks and continuous improvement?

Safety (Safety +2): Are potential safety hazards, such as improperly stored chemicals, exposed electrical equipment, or broken equipment, promptly addressed to ensure a safe working environment?
