Fire/Electrical Safety

  • All doors are clear including all yellow lined areas.

  • Harnesses/Lift Cages that are not in use are stored properly.

  • All in-use docks have applicable restraints in place and functioning.

  • All required PPE for battery charging is in good repair and is in use or stored properly.

Powered Industrial Vehicles

  • Safety inspection - three operators at random have performed and documented applicable inspections.

  • All parked vehicles are parked as prescribed.

  • All operators are using horns appropriately.

  • All designated pedestrian areas are clear.

  • All vehicle operators are following rules relative to pedestrian traffic.

  • Operators are not operating vehicles with any part of their bodies outside of the vehicle's running lines.

General

  • All areas are free of excessive debris.

  • All freezer doors are free of excessive ice buildup.

  • All products/pallets are stored safely as prescribed.
