Have all operatives on site been inducted and hold a current bb ID card?

Do all operatives on site hold a valid national water hygiene card?

Do all operatives on site hold a valid Shea water card( if applicable)?

Do all operatives on site hold a valid POSWSH passport ( Anglian water only) ?

Are all staff aware of the golden rules?

Is the vehicle fit for use and clean tidy and presentable condition?

Is the vehicle equipped with suitable storage areas-racking for fitting?

Are fittings stored correctly-clean, on shelving, off the floor, and in sealed bags?

Are pipes stored correctly - clean , capped at both end sand stored off the floor?

Are swabs stored correctly-clean,on shelving,and in sealed bags ( if applicable)?

Is a sink fitted on the vehicle or an alternative welfare arrangement in place?

Is the sink /wash bowl in a clean and useable condition?

Is hot water available for sink /wash bowl?

Is hand soap / cream available?

Is adequate bundled fuel storage in vehicle?

Are fuels and oils etc, being stored correctly and segregation in place?

Is a designated quarantine area available for contaminated fittings and waste etc?

Is the quarantine area located away from clean pipes and fittings?

Is plastic waste being stored in green sacks (if applicable)?

Is all scrap waste identified with a sprayed red dot(ie pipe & fittings)?

Are the chloros tablets available, stored in the manufacturers container and within the expiry date?

Is the correct chloros 1ltr trigger spray bottle being used and in good working order?

Does the chloros spray bottle contain a COSHH label?

Is the team adhearing to the non use of prohibited pressurised bottles?

Does the vehicle have a clearly visible displayed laminated chloros date wipe card?

Is the chloros solution in date?

Is a stainless steel bucket available (Yorkshire water only) ?

Is all equipment & hand tools visually free from contamination?

Are pipe coils marked to indicate Bacti sample approved (if applicable)?

Are pipe coils segregated ( those Bacti sampled from unsampled pipes) (if applicable)?

Are materials being stored away from drainage gullies drains and watercourses?

Are excavations free from visible contamination- litters, waste materials,oils.silt and floating debris etc?

Are operatives shutting valves according to contract procedures ( or under direct client instruction ) ( if applicable)?

Are hydrants bolted up and visually clean & stored off the ground when not in use ( if applicable) ?

Are welfare facilities in a clean condition and do they function correctly ( if applicable) ?

Are water bowsers clearly labelled and numbered ( if applicable) ?

Have water bowsers been Bacti sampled ( if applicable ) ?

Are water bowsers securely locked to avoid tampering whilst on site (if applicable) ?
