1) Take a picture of checkpoint not meeting expectations (from same angle).
2) Take additional pictures showing (if applicable):
a) unnecessary equipment, inventory, tools, materials, and supplies found on podiums, cabinets, aisle ways, racks, tables and/or floors within 5S checkpoint. *** If unnecessary items found, please move them to the red square and red tag them. ***
b) materials, tools and machines used in the 5S check point not having a visible, marked and labeled place.
c) everything with content that does not have a label. (Cabinets, binders, drawers, desks, tool boxes, racks).
d) Equipment, podiums, cabinets, aisle ways, floors and/or racks in the 5S check point are not free of dust, grease, grime and visual defects? i.e. paint chips, dents.
