Sunday Night

• Tske all pour spouts out of all liquor bottles and soak overnight, wipedown all bottles and speed rails.

• Wash all Butt Burnin' and Habanero bottles, put sauce in to-go containers for the next day.

Monday Day

• Wash all glasses (not schooners)

• Wipe down all shelves above or around reach-in cooler

• Wipe down all beer bottles on display

• Break down any boxes that you can to get ready for truck.

• Organize beer cooler.

Monday Night

• Drain out frozen margarita machine and put product in labeled container in beer cooler. Run hot waterthru machine and wash all parts. Put machine back together and leave empty.

Tuesday Day

• Clean all glass tile under bar and counter.

• Clean all window ledges.

Tuesday Night

• Darin out Fuzzy Driver machine and put product in a labeld container in beer cooler. Run hot water through machine and wash all parts. Put machine back together and leave empty.

Wednesday Day

• Dust all pendulum lights in dining room.

• Dust all pictures on walls.

Wednesday Night

• Wipedown all paper towel holders.

• Wipe down all stools and chairs.

Thursday Day

• Detail clean the outside of the wooden trash bins in the dining room.

• Wipe down all the corrugated steel.

Thursday Night

• Detail clean the inside of the wooden trash bins in the dining room.

• Spray out all FOH trash cans and leave without trash bags to dry.

Friday Night

• Run all trays through dish washer and leave in window to dry.
