Are trash cans emptied before overflowing?

Have empty drums been taken from the production floor and put in the empty drum truck?

Are hazardous waste drums correctly labeled and resting on containment trays with the lid closed when not in use?

Are flammable raw material containers correctly labeled with lids on when not in use?

When not in use, are hand tools returned to the designated tool board and kept in good condition?

When not in use, are brushes and scrapers hung by the respective mill and kept in good condition?

Are all exclusion zones unobstructed?

Are the areas around all mixers kept free of excessive powder and pigment residue?

Is excess hydraulic oil cleaned from the mixers?

Are the areas surrounding the mills kept free of excessive dust and ink spillage?

Is the production floor kept clean and free of any slip, trip or fall hazards?

Is the filling room floor kept clean and free of any slip, trip or fall hazards?

Are raw material bags stored on designated racks, labeled and closed with a clip?

Are the shelves that hold open bags of raw material kept free of excessive powder and pigment residue?

Are the inside of vats kept free of excessive accumulation?

Is the test room additive scale kept clean with the floor below having no slip, trip or fall hazards?
