Spaceworld - This check is to be completed on a weekly basis. If there is any non conforming items a picture must be taken at the end of this report.

Section 2 - Do the following have free movement ?

• Roller squeeze(s)

• Spinning Panel(s) / Dizzy Disc(s)

Section 3 - Slides

• Is the slide surface smooth and free of any protrusions or foreign objects

Section 4 - Steel structure

• Is padding in tact and adequate?

Section 5 - Soft Play Shapes

• Are the shapes clean and in good condition

Section 6 - Wall / Floor padding

• Is the vinyl free from tears / extreme wear?

Section 7 - under 4 area

• Any loose parts/damage

• Any food/drinks stains

Section 8 - Go kart track

• Are the karts in good condition

• Any damage to the track floor

• Any stains or spillages

Section 9 - Netting Secure

• Is the netting secure and sufficiently tensioned?

• Is the netting free of any rips?

• Is all signage attached to netting correctly?

Section 10 - Bathroom

• Are toilets fully stocked (toilet roll,empty bins,wipes,nappies,soap ect)

• Mirrors clean and free of damage

• Floors and walls clean and damage free

• Doors and frames free from dirt and damage

Section 11 - Kitchen/service

• Haccps file available with recorded temperatures

• Food stored at correct temperatures and dated correctly

• Kitchen prep surfaces clean and organised with no cross contamination

• Sink area clean and organised

• Floors clean and food stored off the ground

Section 11 - General

• Is the play area in general free of any foreign objects?

• Arcade games and interactive features all in full working order/any issues

• Temperature in building correct based on weather

• Are the emergency doors free from obstruction?

• Are the emergency doors functioning correctly?

• Emergency exit signs clear and visable

• Is all fire fighting equipment in place?

• Are all electrical cables safety routed and secure?

• Is the first aid box on hand and fully stocked?

• Accident book available and repeat incidents actioned

• Is all signage in place and visible?

• Return all items from play area to their correct location.
