  • Has a tightness test been carried out before T-IN into existing supply? (if so add tightness test results on existing including any permissible drops dependant on meter and existing appliances in mb, "providing there is no smell of gas"!) (evidence) ask engineer for photo proof

  • Are all elbows out of walls and sleeves

  • Have all elbows been leak detected to ensure no leaks

  • Has engineers pipe work been connected to existing supply (evidence)

  • Has the workman ship been completed to a satisfactory level, and customer happy with the works carried out

  • Is the installation safe and ready for you (evidence) ask engineer for photos of tightness test
