Chemicals

  • Containers are clearly and accurately labelled

  • Chemicals are stored away from food preparation areas

  • Hazardous Substance Register and Safety Data Sheets (or MSDS) are available

  • Only chemicals listed in the Hazardous Substances Register are on site

First Aid

  • At least one team member has a Senior First Aid Certificate

  • First aid kits and contents are clean, orderly and adequately stocked

  • First aid kits contain blue band aids

  • First aid kits are easily accessible and signed

  • Team members are aware of location of first aid kit

General WHS

  • All staff have been inducted and there is an Induction Checklist signed by each employee

  • All team members can identify the hazard and incident response processes of the business
