Section 3

Site Setup

  • Photograph/s - ACM work area, exclusion zone and decontamination zone

  • Photograph/s - ACM removal area, showing guards/physical barrier around excavation

  • Photograph/s - Signage used during works, e.g. 'DANGER ASBESTOS REMOVAL'

  • Photograph/s - Pedestrian/traffic management used during works showing all signs, barriers, witches hats etc.

  • Photograph/s - Operative wearing correct PPE, showing it worn correctly, i.e. taped at wrist and ankle, hood covering head etc.

  • Photograph/s - All waste, showing double-bagged or plastic-wrapped and sealed in 200 micron bags, bags goose-necked and sealed with duct tape

  • Photograph/s - Bagged asbestos within certified vehicle for carriage

  • Photograph/s - Equipment and its location used for ACM removal work

  • Scan/s - Dockets indicating date and location of authorised licensed waste facility or holding area where ACM was disp[osed of
