Daily Role Checklist- Accomodation

  • Employee role - Wake Cook/Cleaner to prepare breakfast

  • Supervisor role - check willy weather application taking images on phone of the expected wind patterns on the sites for the coming day

  • Employee role - Communicate to employees responsible for packing food/water to complete and place on vehicles

  • Employee role - communicate to employees responsible for all battery's to pack in vehicles

  • Supervisor role - head count of employees - designate employees with driving responsibilities to complete driving iAuditor document (NOTE: Take scope of their physical state)

Daily Role Checklist- Driving to site

REMEMBER: Sleep is the only cure for tiredness.

  • Supervisor role - Complete an check in with employees via the two-way at 5 minute intervals to ensure they are capable to continue driving

  • Supervisor role - communicate to employees to meet at the designated point on site - communicate to employees to begin preparing equipment prior to Pre-Start whilst completing visual site inspection

Daily Role Checklist- On-site

  • Supervisor role - Complete visual inspection of site deciding on order of tasks - create a mental time schedule for the day of required activities

  • Supervisor role - complete daily pre-start

  • Supervisor role - notify employees of the schedule of daily activities

  • Supervisor role - communicate to employees which stack to drive to

  • Supervisor role - ensure that employees have regular water breaks - plan scheduled breaks to ensure employees have high energy levels

  • Supervisor role - ensure that employees complete daily activities in a safe and efficient manner monitoring progress in relation to time goals set earlier
