Does your business have a visible, signed health and safety policy and policy statement?
Is there a robust procedure that is used to identify, record and maange workplace hazard?
Is there a documented and well known incident and injury reporting procedure?

Are signed employee induction records available?

Is there a system in place that enables open communication between management and staff about workplace H&S issue management?
If significant hazards require the use of safety equipment or PPE, is there a process which demonstrates how this equipment is issued, used, renewed and maintained?
Can people safely enter and exit facilities without hindrance in normal working conditions and in emergencies?
Is there a developed emergency response plan and are people aware of the procedures?
Is there a system to ensure contractors get a workplace induction before they have access?
Is access to restrict rooms and facilities adequately controlled?
