Purpose: To list all learning outcomes involved when certifying an Operations team member on the operating procedures of the Surf Rider and to document learning outcomes 目的: 列出团队成员对冲浪运动员操作程序所涉及知识的所有学习成果，并记录学习结果
Scope: This Checklist will be used to document all Operations team members that have satisfactorily completed training on the Surf Rider. Team members will certify that they have received training on each learning outcome, acknowledge & understand those outcomes by placing a ‘S’ in the corresponding box and signing the Team Member Signature 适用范围: 本清单用于记录已圆满完成冲浪培训的所有运营部团队成员 。团队成员通过的在相应栏位上填入S,并签署团队成员名字，来证明已受到关于每一项学习成果的培训，了解并掌握此类学习结果

Maintains the correct posture and position for operation & remains in the designated area of responsibility and portrays a professional image for both operating positions on the Surf Rider <br>保持正确的姿势和位置，并在指定的职责范围内，在冲浪高手的岗位上树立专业形象<br><br>Displays knowledge of the Physical Requirements of the Surf Rider – <br>- Minimum height of 150cm<br>- Maximum weight of 90kg<br>- Loose articles are not permitted while riding<br>- The correct guest attire while riding<br>- No eyewear permitted while riding<br>- Only approved footwear to be worn while riding <br>- No pregnancy permitted<br>- Guests that show signs or advise of the injuries, disabilities or medical conditions<br>- 冲浪运动员体质要求： <br>- 身高150cm 以上 <br>- 体重90公斤以下 <br>- 游玩时不准携带物品： <br>- -按照规定正确着装 <br>- -游客不得佩戴眼镜 <br>- -只允许穿冲浪的鞋 <br>- 以下情况的客人禁止乘坐 <br>- 怀孕，受伤、残疾或近期正在治疗的<br><br>Displays knowledge of the Rider Requirements for the Surf Rider – <br>- Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs<br>- Guests must adhere to the correct riding positions<br>- Guests must have the ability to handle fast turbulent water<br>- Guests with special needs may ride if they are physically able to conform to all riding procedures and can comprehend the nature and rules pertaining to the ride<br>- It is not the responsibility of the team member on duty to look after any personal possessions from guests<br>- 冲浪运动员的必备知识： <br>- -客人是否醉酒或正在受到药物影响 <br>- -客人必须遵守正确的冲浪姿势。 <br>- -客人必须有处理湍急水流的能力。 <br>- -特殊需要的客人可以乘坐：如果他们能够符合所有冲浪要求，并可以理解相关规则制度。 <br>- 个人财产自行保管。<br><br>Demonstrates an understanding of the below Surf Rider procedures – <br>- Inspection Procedures<br>- Surf Rider team member responsibilities <br>- Board Operating Procedures<br>- Emergency Procedures<br>- Permitted Boards<br>- Closing Procedures<br>- Safety Procedures<br>向冲浪运动员演示以下程序<br>- 检查程序<br>- 冲浪团队成员职责<br>- 冲浪板操作规程<br>- 紧急程序 <br>- 允许使用的冲浪板<br>- 关闭程序<br>- 安全程序
