  • Till, SCO, Back Office PC, Customer WiFi, MAT issues prior to works?

Deinstall kit

  • Please select the de-install Cisco kit you will be returning

  • De-install kit has been boxed, labelled with store number and will be returned to office for return to Vista

  • Declaration - There is NO remaining de-installed kit left on site, and to my knowledge(please ask staff, have a look in usual places) there is NO excess unused new equipment left on site

Sign Off

  • Confirmation that contractor portal has been completed

  • Engineer in attendance - ( all Declarations above ticked and accurate to best of knowledge)

  • LIDL Representative ( All works completed, and kit removed offsite)

  • Photo of LMF (if possible)

  • Time leaving site(estimated if there is some clean-up, kit to pack to do, but all patching work is completed and no more cables will be touched)
