Music and DVD

  • Is on playing the corporate music, volume is adjusted to correct level ( scale 1-10; keep at 5/6) of energy

  • DVD is playing on the plasma screen (current season) and quality ok

Display Guidelines

  • All products in walls and fixtures are easily accessible

  • Catalogues and POP are accurate, clean, visibly placed and clear to the cusomer

  • Tough and mannequins points are dressed in looks, stock is steamed and clean, relevant accessories are used

  • Rails are correctly merchandised as per guidelines

  • Stock is placed in the correct product groupings as per guidelines

  • Hanging: 2 or 3 of each garment hung on the rails, small to large

  • Appropriate hangers per garment and spaced evenly ( 2-5cm) and facing traffic direction

  • Folding: 2 garments min per pile ( S to XL): pie approx. 20cm high

  • Piles to spaced by 5cm minimum and folded using the correct tissue paper

  • All garments are zipped and buttoned up, prize tags tucked in garments

  • All men's suiting mannequins have correct ties

  • Garments are steamed and crease free

  • Replenishment of stock has been maintained by sales floor

  • Display areas have been maintained since last visit and sold items have been replaced

  • All shelves are being utilized

Merchandise

  • Available company best sellers are on the shop floor and clearly displayed
