Have all staff had Emergency Evacuation Training?

Is there an Emergency Evacuation Plan?

Are evacuation procedures discussed with staff regularly? (Twice a year )

Are emergency response procedures displayed and up to date?

Are the assembly points clearly marked?

Do all assembly points lead off the premises?

Do all staff know where the evacuation assemble point is?

Is there a staff training sign off form?


3. Equipment

Is the Fire alarm system functioning correctly?

Is there sufficient communication between fire wardens? Eg two way radios

Did all areas a of the centre have an evacuation pac?


4. Operations

Where the fire wardens clearly identifiable? Eg high vis vests

Did staff remain calm?

Did the Chief Warden have control of the evacuation

Did staff appear to be in control of there areas?

Was a warden allocated to all areas of the centre

Was a debrief carried out after the drill?


5. Customer Service

We're members / customers clearly informed of what was happening?

Did you have observers?
